At ExMed WA we take your health and well being very seriously. Our multi-faceted services are modelled on evidence based best practice and treatments and processes are in place to provide best possible outcomes and turnarounds.
Our client-focused communication systems allow you to make online bookings into any of our clinics quickly and easily, and set requirements
and processes in place to guide how services such as medical assessments are administered and reported.
The onsite services team are specially trained to understand the complexities of delivering onsite health services in all kinds of challenging
environments ranging from large-scale infrastructure projects and remote mine sites to central city offices and regional communities.
Specialised Services consists of occupational physicians, occupational physician registrars and senior medical practitioners who understand
the full range of workplace and environmental hazards – as well as the associated risks of exposure to hazards – and how each one can
cause an adverse impact such as injury or illness to employees.
We can provide advice regarding complex cases such as those of a sensitive nature or where a decision regarding cause or ongoing risk is
yet to be determined.
Work health and safety legislation enforces it, acknowledging that workers must be protected by employers or Persons Conducting a
Business or Undertaking (PCBU), by providing a safe work environment free of health risks. This includes reducing the risk of exposure to UV
radiation by employees who spend large amounts of time working outdoors.
Just because the resources sector is male dominated doesn’t mean you don’t deserve the best possible treatment. We offer a range of
specialist women’s screening and treatment services.
Having a regular check up with your doctor and keeping track of your mental health, general health and wellbeing are all essential to helping
you stay healthy.
